The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.
Graduates / Retirees Under 10 Years Departure
If you have attended high school within the past 10 years, please contact your high school during the school year for a copy of your transcript. In the Summer months only (July and August), you may request your transcript from GELA using the form below.
Former Graduates/Retirees (Over 10 Years Departure)
If you attended high school more than 10 years ago, your records have been archived. You can request your transcript in person or by downloading the request form below and mailing it in with a photocopy of a piece of identification (driver’s license, birth certificate) and the payment. We CANNOT produce your transcript without receiving payment first. Please allow at least 72 hours for processing.
